Orders and prices
Prices are final customer prices in EUR. Wingback Chair €1,150 and Armchair €1,280 include the approved delivery offer. No additional VAT is added by checkout. Select your configuration and destination before payment. We do not promise delivery to an unlisted destination; ask for a quotation.
Order acceptance
A saved payment confirmation identifies your order by reference. A pending payment is not a confirmed payment. Keep your reference and contact us if your bank shows a charge without a confirmed order. Production and delivery timing is stated on the product page or agreed in your quotation.
Quotations
A quotation states its agreed total and configuration. Payment links expire and apply only to the latest approved quotation. Do not pay an old link or pay again while a previous payment is processing.
Consumer rights
Every item can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Every piece has a 2-year warranty, in addition to statutory conformity rights. See the returns and complaints policies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Product safety
Use furniture for its intended seated use on a stable, level surface. Do not stand on the chair. Keep it away from open flames. Product-specific information is supplied with the item; ask the workshop for any safety or material information before ordering.
