14-day returns
Every item, including all leather colours and wood finishes, can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email your name, order reference and decision to return to mebleplaza@gmail.com. A model notice: “I hereby withdraw from the purchase of [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address: [details].”
Returning goods
After notifying withdrawal, send the goods back within the applicable statutory period, generally 14 days. Contact us to coordinate the freight return. The return address is the seller address above unless we provide another confirmed address. Return shipping is paid by the customer: current estimates are EUR 70–100 per product in Poland and EUR 150–400 elsewhere in Europe. Ask us for a carrier estimate.
Refunds
Where withdrawal applies, the refund includes the legally required original standard delivery costs. Refunds are generally due within 14 days of withdrawal notice; the seller may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of return as permitted by law. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may reduce the refund where the law permits.
Warranty
Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods apply in addition. See our complaints policy.
