What we collect. Your name, email, optional phone number, delivery country, postcode and address, your chosen product configuration and your messages.

Why. To prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, handle warranty and returns, and answer your questions. We do not send marketing emails and do not sell your data.

Legal bases. Processing needed for a quotation or order is based on pre-contract steps or performance of a contract. Accounting obligations rely on legal duties. Security and legal claims may rely on legitimate interests. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you may withdraw in Cookie preferences. Contact and delivery data needed for an order must be provided to fulfil it.

Service providers. Hosting and order storage are provided through Lovable Cloud; Stripe processes payments; delivery carriers receive the information needed to deliver your order. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. Contact us for the current provider and transfer information.

Payments. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How long. We retain data only for handling your request, fulfilling the contract, statutory accounting obligations and establishing or defending claims. You can request a review or deletion of an inactive enquiry. Retention depends on the legal purpose; no automatic 24-month deletion is promised.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing mebleplaza@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
