Where are your products made?+
All our furniture is handmade in our family workshop in the south of Poland.
Do you make the furniture yourselves?+
Yes. We cut the leather, upholster and add the buttons to every chair in our own workshop. You buy directly from the people who make your furniture.
Are your products mass-produced?+
No. Our small team makes each piece to order, with care.
Why may colours or dimensions differ slightly?+
Our furniture is handmade using natural materials. Small differences in colour, texture or dimensions are normal and make each piece unique.
Do you deliver outside Poland?+
Yes, to many countries. Tell us your address and we will confirm delivery for your order individually.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery is included for the countries listed at checkout. For other destinations, ask us and we will confirm the details personally.
Can I return my order?+
Yes. Every item can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our returns policy.
Who pays for return shipping?+
Return shipping is covered by the customer. Estimated costs: Poland EUR 70–100 per product; other European countries EUR 150–400 per product.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes, every piece comes with a 2-year warranty. Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition. See our complaints policy.
How can I file a complaint?+
